Reporting a problem

The quickest way is from the app: Settings → Diagnostics → Send to developer. It opens an email with the app version, your phone's system version and a technical log of times, sizes and error codes. It never contains audio, transcripts or titles.

Your data

• Recordings and transcripts are stored only on your phone. Settings → Privacy & data → Delete all recordings removes them.
• To stop sending audio for transcription, use Settings → Privacy & data → Turn off AI transcription.
• For data on our server (a random device ID and usage counters), email privacy@orvillo.app with the Device ID shown under Settings → Privacy & data.
